Day 22-Friendly people

Today I am grateful for nice, friendly people. My job requires me to make people a little angry with me. Not by choice. But sometimes people like to blame me for the decisions of their insurance companies. I'm sorry ma'am but you can go 1 more day without your freaking medicine. Or it isn't my fault the drug manufacturer sets the price super high. I just do what I'm told and obey the law. OH and by the way... no you are not going on a vacation so you can not get your controlled substance filled early. Thats the oldest excuse in the book. We are not stupid. So let us just follow the law and do what we are supposed to and noone will get hurt!! So thank you for all of you kind, friendly, patient, understanding people. I really appreciate you.
